Faulty Products

 

Despite all the rules and regulations covering product quality in this country occasionally products can still be defective.

 

The law protects those that have received an injury from a faulty product, not just the purchaser, and if you've suffered a loss of earnings as a result of the fault you could be eligible to receive substantial compensation.

  • Where you purchased the product and the receipt
  • A note of the effects on you caused by the faulty product

Taking photos of the injury is also useful as is listing all the expenses you incur such as loss of earnings, travelling costs to and from the hospital/doctors and any other associated medical costs.
