Making a difference
Our aim is to make a positive difference to the local communities in which we live and work. This is something everybody at FBCMB takes seriously and feels passionate about. We even have our own Corporate Social Responsibility Group (CSR) in place to help drive what we do and how we do it.
Through effective CSR projects we have an opportunity to reduce our impact on the environment, support local organisations and engage effectively with those who work for and with FBC Manby Bowdler including our customers, suppliers, partners, employees, communities and the marketplace.
The Ethical Marketing Charter:
Our specialist personal injury division has become one of the first signatories to the Ethical Marketing Charter. This new industry-led initiative aims to promote ethical and professional marketing practices in the personal injury sector and to stamp out bad practice by rogue operators and provide better consumer protection.
Our CSR partners:
PRIME: We are proud, active members of PRIME, a programme providing fair access to quality work experience for school-age students from less privileged backgrounds who may not have the right contacts to call upon in order to gain the valuable experience modern businesses require.
Business In The Community (BITC): The largest business-led charity of its kind, BITC is committed to building resilient communities, diverse workplaces and a more sustainable future through the involvement of businesses in local community organisations and projects.
Wolverhampton Youth Zone The Way: FBC Manby Bowdler is a Founder Patron of the Wolverhampton Youth Zone, providing a recreational space for young people in the area.
Our 2017-2019 corporate charity partners are Alzheimers Society and Hope House:
